Talent Sourcer Lead [Recruitment]
Relocation support to Serbia, Cyprus or Spain.
We’re actively growing and are now looking for a Senior or Lead Talent Sourcer to join our Non-IT Recruitment team.
Together with the stream lead, you will build a systematic and scalable sourcing function for the Product Analytics track — from strategy and processes to performance analytics and candidate quality. This is an opportunity to test bold ideas, and directly impact the speed and quality of hiring in a high-demand field.
Challenges that await you
Build and develop sourcing strategies together with the Lead Recruiter
Maintain the sourcing system: company mapping, Boolean search queries, and platform databases
Set up and manage funnel analytics and track channel effectiveness
Conduct active candidate sourcing and maintain CRM / Greenhouse
Test new sourcing channels and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
Improve and influence talent acquisition processes in the Non-IT domain
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of experience as a sourcer
Experience with performance analytics and understanding of recruitment funnels
Strong knowledge of tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, HH, Getmatch, Telegram, and Boolean search queries
Ability to test hypotheses, explore new channels, and evaluate their effectiveness
English proficiency at B2 level
High systematization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality results
