Senior Product Manager

We're hiring 3 Senior Product Managers to lead three strategic product streams at EMCD:

• Staking: building a scalable staking product line from scratch, across top blockchain networks

• Start (New Product Discovery): validating crypto product ideas through rapid experimentation and launching MVPs that fuel company growth

• Indexes: developing and scaling EMCDs index products, from MVP to dozens of investment instruments.

All three tracks offer high autonomy, crossfunctional teams, and the opportunity to shape products from zero to scale.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Product Management with mandatory experience in crypto products

• Experience working in crossfunctional teams: product, analytics, design, engineering

• Strong ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to build processes from scratch

• Staking: 3+ years in staking/restaking, deep blockchain knowledge, validator ops

• Start: Proven experience in product discovery, experiments, HADI cycles, startup mindset

• Indexes: 2+ years in investment products (indices, ETF, asset management), financial modeling skills

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your stream

• Drive full Discovery Delivery cycles with Dev, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Risk

• Research markets and competitors, shape unique value propositions

• Track and improve product metrics (growth, retention, unit economics, margin)

• Ensure fast timetomarket and structured product processes

Staking

• Launch integrations with staking providers and own validator nodes

• Scale from a few assets (ETH, SOL) to 30+ and launch institutional/liquid staking solutions

Start

• Run rapid MVP experiments (fake door, A/B, email tests)

• Assess market potential, segment crypto audiences, hand over validated MVPs for scaling

• Identify trends and validate opportunities specifically in the crypto space

Indexes

• Develop EMCDs index product vertical: from first indices to 20+ products

• Work with AUM, TVL, returns, transparency; launch for retail and institutional investors
