Senior Product Manager

We're looking for two experienced Product Managers to join EMCD and lead mission-critical product areas:

• Staking / Restaking building a scalable, high-impact staking product line from scratch, across top blockchain networks;

• New Product Discovery (Start) validating product ideas through rapid experimentation and launching MVPs that fuel company growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager (Staking):

• Own strategy and roadmap for staking and restaking products (from MVP to full scale)

• Lead full product development cycles with Dev, Design, Analytics, Legal, Risk, and Finance

• Integrate with staking providers and launch internal validator infrastructure

• Track product metrics: TVL, APR, churn, retention, unit economics, and margin

• Scale the product from 2 assets (e.g., ETH, SOL) to 30+, including institutional and liquid staking solutions

As a Product Manager (Start):

• Research trends and user insights to generate new product hypotheses

• Run rapid MVP experiments (fake doors, landing pages, email tests, A/B experiments)

• Analyze test results and translate data into actionable product decisions

• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Dev teams

• Transfer validated MVPs to core product teams for further scaling

Requirements:

General Requirements:

• 4+ years in Product Management roles

• Experience working in cross-functional teams: product, design, analytics, engineering

Staking Role:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in staking/restaking (e.g., Everstake, P2P.org, Binance Staking, Lido)

• Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture (ETH, SOL, TRX, AVAX, etc.)

• Experience with validator operations and provider integrations

• Strong understanding of financial modeling and margin-based metrics

Start Role:

• Proven experience in product discovery and early-stage experiments

• Familiarity with HADI cycles, fake door testing, and rapid validation frameworks

• Ability to assess market potential, define audience segments, and design experiments

• Startup background or experience launching projects from scratch is a strong plus
