Who we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced analyst who will take ownership of P&L reporting and support the development of our Company-Wide Dashboard (spreadsheet). This role requires a strong analytical background and the ability to work closely with the Data Engineering team and the Finance team to maintain and improve data transformation logic.

The analyst will play a key role in supporting the Operations Department with data-driven insights and ensuring consistency of metrics such as ARR, MRR, Churn Rate, and NDR across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and continuously improve current P&L reporting.

• Support and develop the Company-Wide Dashboard (spreadsheet), ensuring accuracy and consistency of key business metrics.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain and refine data transformation logic.

• Use data analytics to investigate and understand key business drivers, leading to recommendations for business improvements.

• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Support ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed.

Our expectations

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio).

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (knowledge of Google Apps Script will be a plus)

• Experience working with complex data transformations in layered data architectures (raw, staging, marts)

• Experience in building forecast financial models will be a plus

• It would be a plus if you have experience and familiarity with any of the following platforms: Google Analytics, Hubspot, Stripe, Zapier

• Experience with ETL frameworks (airflow) will be a plus

• Level of English - from Intermediate (spoken/written);.
