Project Manager (IT)

The system administrators and security team is responsible for maintaining a reliable, resilient, and secure IT infrastructure for the company. They handle server administration, networks, cloud solutions, as well as developing and implementing security measures to protect data and prevent cyber threats.

• Organizing and coordinating the team’s work within IT and security projects.

• Communicating with stakeholders, managing expectations and priorities.

• Optimizing processes and implementing best project management practices.

• Tracking task completion, managing deadlines and resources.

• Maintaining project documentation.
  
  

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience managing IT projects, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps, or cybersecurity.

• Fluent in English

• Ability to analyze and optimize processes.

• Risk management skills and understanding of cybersecurity threats.

• Experience working with Agile, Kanban, or ITIL methodologies.
  
  

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• Experience working with system administrators or security teams

• Understanding of network, server, and cloud technology principles.

• Fluent Russian

• You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
