We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on demand generation with deep specialization in B2B lead generation, content distribution, lead nurturing, and AI-powered workflows.

This is not a generalist role. You’ll own the lead generation marketing engine — from launching lead magnets and nurturing MQLs, to building automation in HubSpot, and optimizing paid campaigns across channels like LinkedIn. Your mission is to build scalable, data-driven systems that consistently generate and convert qualified leads into revenue.

You must be passionate about automation, knowledgeable in content distribution, and obsessive about performance metrics. While you’ll collaborate closely with sales, content, and design teams — you own the outcomes

What you will be doing:

B2B Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting LinkedIn Ads and other paid social/search campaigns.

  • Own the lead magnet strategy and manage end-to-end launches to generate and nurture high-intent leads — through optimized landing pages and compelling messaging.

Advanced Marketing Automation & AI Workflows

  • Design AI-enhanced workflows with n8n (or similar tools) to streamline lead capture, personalization, testing, and content distribution.

  • Create and scale automated HubSpot workflows that guide MQLs through the funnel using behavioral signals and intent data.

Content Distribution & Social Strategy

  • Own both organic and paid LinkedIn strategy, driving MQLs through smart content distribution and audience engagement.

  • Repurpose and distribute content with a distribution-first mindset, optimizing reach and impact.

Analytics, Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor and report performance across key KPIs (CPL, CTR, CVR, influenced pipeline).

  • Use data (HubSpot, Looker Studio, GA4) to continuously test, learn, and improve.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align with sales on ICP, lead scoring, and pipeline quality.

  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure campaigns are messaging-aligned and performance-focused.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or fast-growing tech startups.

  • Proven automation expert: good knowledge of HubSpot, nice to have knowledge of n8n.

  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads — targeting, copy, visuals, and optimization.

  • Clear understanding of funnel management, MQL nurturing, and pipeline contribution.

  • Skilled in WordPress; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Data-native: fluent in performance metrics, campaign analysis, and CRO.

  • Excellent English writing skills — especially for ads, landing pages, and email nurture flows.

  • Double marketing-sourced pipeline in 12 months.

  • Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion rate by 10% through improved nurturing.

  • Launch and scale 3+ lead magnets per quarter with a CVR ≥ 30%.

  • Deploy fully automated workflows that deliver measurable efficiency gains
