Marketing Analyst

Convert Again is a company that has successfully established itself in the digital marketing market. We specialize in customer acquisition and retention within the iGaming niche, working with leading brands and developing effective marketing strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with expertise in the iGaming industry to join our team and optimize retargeting and retention campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the performance of retargeting and retention campaigns.

• Work with Post-Click and Post-View attribution.

• Create and analyze reports based on key marketing metrics.

• Set up and monitor tracking links and postbacks.

• Optimize traffic funnels and identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with affiliate networks and advertising platforms.

• Provide analytical recommendations to improve ROI.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming field (retargeting or retention).

• Strong knowledge of attribution methods (Post-Click, Post-View) and the ability to apply them.

• Deep understanding and proven experience working with tracking links, postbacks, and core marketing analytics metrics.

• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Proactivity, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Strong interest in the process and willingness to explore new verticals.

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Responsibility and the ability to take initiative.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of analysis and forecasting methods (clustering, regressions, A/B testing).

• Basic Python skills: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and SQL.
