Head of Finance

Position description
Due to the rapid growth of the company and the need to centralize financial management across our group, we are now looking for a Head of Finance to join our leadership team.

In this position, you will establish and lead the finance function of TrueLab’s international group, working directly with the CEO and Board to ensure transparency for investors and sustainable growth.

Preferred location: Europe (Malta, Cyprus, Portugal, Poland, Serbia) with flexibility for remote work (GMT+3 ±2h).

What do you do?
As Head of Finance, you will:

- Develop and execute financial strategy and policies.
- Consolidate reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Partner with auditors, banks, and investors.
- Optimize capital structure, tax planning, and cash flow.
- Manage financial risks (FX, tax, debt).
- Lead and mentor a finance team while coordinating external providers.

What do you know?

To shine in this role, you bring:

- 7+ years of finance experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership (Head of Finance / Deputy CFO).
- Proven multi-jurisdictional finance expertise.
- Strong consolidation and reporting skills.
- Investor, auditor, and banking relations experience.
- Fluency in English and Russian (must-have).
- ACCA/CPA or iGaming/fintech experience is a plus.
