Do you work on the Cyprus, US, etc calendar?
We work based on Cyprus calendar. We generally work 10 am-5 pm (Cyprus zone), but everyone is free to choose their exact hours - starting earlier/later - as long as they're available for team meetings & collaboration at least for some part of the business hours.
