Business Analyst Junior/Junior+ [Antifraud]
Challenges that await you:
Customize CRM tools and workflows for the anti-fraud team, focusing on risk-specific scenarios, key metrics, and operational needs
Define secure workflows and access control for high-risk actions, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive customer data
Design and implement operational processes, continuously monitoring their efficiency and business impact
Establish effective collaboration between anti-fraud and general support teams, enabling smooth task hand-offs and shared ownership
Work with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, align on priorities, and oversee implementation
Collaborate with teams like Engineering, Design, and Compliance to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals
Use data to evaluate feature performance and identify areas for improvement
What makes you a great fit:
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Solid understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of A/B testing
Practical knowledge of SQL (basic level required)
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured tasks for tech teams and effectively prioritize them
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity, usability, and well-thought-out system design
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
Hands-on experience in creating visual process documentation, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), UML (Unified Modeling Language), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), or similar
Understanding of investment products or a strong motivation to learn and develop expertise in the investment domain
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
