Business Analyst (Client Services)

Convert Again is an international digital marketing company specializing in the iGaming industry and other fast-paced verticals. We create effective digital solutions to attract and retain clients.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who can thoroughly examine the product, develop robust analytics, and support both the team and clients in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with analytics and business data to support key decisions.

• Gain a deep understanding of the product and identify growth opportunities.

• Communicate with clients: gather requirements, prepare and deliver presentations.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

• Set up and manage analytical dashboards.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency (C1)

• Proven experience in the Igaming niche as a Support Manager/Sales Manager/ Retention Manager, or similar role is required.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of business and analytical processes.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to structure information effectively.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience with Post-View and Post-Click attribution models.

• Experience working with analytical dashboards (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
