User Acquisition Manager

Hello! We are looking for MIDDLE USER ACQUISITION MANAGER 🔥.

High Ground is an outsourcing studio that has worked on games such as Spongebob Krusty Cook-Off, Star Trek Timelines, Narcos: Cartel Wars, Army of Heroes, and Dragon World.

We’re currently looking for the first UA Manager to join our team — someone ready to dive deep into the craft, work across projects of different genres, sizes, and audiences, and grow into a UA Lead (team growth is possible depending on performance).

💪🏼 What you’ll be working on:

• Creating, launching, testing, and optimizing ad campaigns for multiple games on several UA channels;

• Analyzing and improving UA campaign performance;

• Building strong partnerships with Clients (in English);

• Collaborating closely with our analyst, marketing manager, creative team, product manager, and CEO (in English).

🤓 You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in UA in mobile games working with different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, AppLovin, Moloco, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Firebase, etc);

• Have strong understanding of performance marketing, UA metrics, and how mobile advertising works;

• Have experience working with in-app monetization models;

• Stay up-to-date with current UA trends in mobile gaming and ready to experiment with methodologies;

• Are data-driven and growth-oriented — skilled at breaking down complex data to uncover insights and drive action;

• Are ambitious about UA and looking for a flexible space that challenges you, sparks your curiosity, and lets you take initiative;

• Have a good command of English (B2+).
